Worry vs. Anxiety

We make multiple decisions on a daily basis, in every domain of our lives. Healthy worrying leads to troubleshooting and finding solutions, while intense anxiety leads to indecision and inactivity. The overwhelm may even cause you to sit back and avoid making a decision. If left too long, the anxiety can build up and create a negative loop of thinking. Recognising your thought patterns will allow for more productivity and better decision-making.
