Anxiety isn’t always negative

Anxiety can be a helpful motivator, pushing us to prepare and perform at our best. However, when anxiety becomes overwhelming, it can lead to rumination, self-doubt, task paralysis, and physical symptoms like headaches or insomnia. Recognising the difference and seeking balance is key to maintaining a healthier mind.
