As difficult as OCD may be, remember that you are not alone in your journey. Though it may feel like your intrusive thoughts, compulsions, and ruminations are never-ending, it’s entirely possible to manage the bully and not let it get in the way of your happiness. ERP is the most effective way of treating OCD.
